Pursuit's Safety Promise is our commitment to the safety and well-being of our guests and staff. Through this promise, we’ve continued to apply enhanced cleaning, training and anti-transmission practices in all of our operations, including in hotels and restaurants, at attractions and aboard vehicles.

No matter when you visit, ensuring everyone can enjoy the incredible places we operate in with absolute peace of mind remains a priority.

Enhanced Cleaning Program

We use Health Canada-approved cleaners in all our shared spaces.
All boats, buses, Ice Explorers, sightseeing tour vehicles and Brewster Express coaches are cleaned with care daily.
In our hotels, we have stringent room cleaning protocols and disinfect touchpoints, such as the TV remotes and light switches, between each guest's stay.

At attractions, high-touch areas, such as handrails, are frequently and thoroughly sanitized.
You’ll also find hand sanitizer available at all Pursuit lodges, restaurants and attractions.
In staff spaces, we have improved and enhanced our cleaning protocols.

Rigorous Staff Training

Our staff onboarding and training is more rigorous than ever. We are always evolving and improving.
We have established protocols for staff illness reporting and management to help ensure healthy people stay that way.

Additional transmission-reducing tactics, including optional personal protective equipment for staff, in-advance reservation options, contactless payment and express check-outs, have been applied wherever possible.

Cancellation Policy

Our Banff Jasper Collection terms and conditions allow you to cancel up to 72 hours before your visit for a full refund on all hotel bookings. Travelling on one of our coaches? Cancel up to 24 hours before for Brewster Sightseeing Tours and up to 90 minutes before for Brewster Express and Open Top Touring trips. Attraction tickets, including Pursuit Passes, are nonrefundable.
