Terra is inspired by the rawness of Jasper. Locally farmed and foraged fare is at the heart of what we do. Like the seasons, our menus are constantly changing to incorporate natural, local ingredients. No matter the time of year, we always offer something new and unexpected.
The inventive menu was delicious, with everything they serve (including all adult beverages) locally sourced from the province. We dined on small plates every one of which was delicious with a big shout out to the Mushrooms, Fried Green Tomatoes and Corn Ribs.
All of the staff were very friendly and personable. The drinks were also unique and delicious. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to people who are looking for fresh and locally sourced food.
Exceptional cuisine!! Awesome drinks (best bloody caesar ever)! Great service. Breakfast was equally as delicious as dinner. Big city dining experience at small city prices.
