Jasper Re-Opening Update

Link to wildfire-related common questions

As Jasper residents return and make progress towards recovery, Pursuit remains committed to supporting the community and restoring a great visitor experience.

We are happy to share that in addition to providing rooms to the municipality for essential workers, residents and those supporting the recovery process, we’re now able to welcome guests. Miette Mountain Cabins, Forest Park Hotel, and Chateau Jasper are now open and as of October 5th, we will also begin welcoming guests to Marmot Lodge and The Crimson Hotel. The Lobstick and Pyramid Lake Lodge still remain unavailable; however, we are happy to welcome displaced guests into any of our other properties that are available. If you have a reservation that you want to cancel, please contact reservations directly at [email protected]. Otherwise, we look forward to welcoming you soon!

Please note, services in Jasper are limited at this time. If you choose to visit, we ask for your patience as we and the community work to restore this iconic destination. For a list of available services and businesses in the Jasper area, please visit the Municipality of Jasper website.

The residents of Jasper have been deeply affected by the recent wildfire, with many losing their homes and businesses. We kindly ask visitors to be mindful, give impacted areas of people space and be respectful as there may be longer than normal wait times for services.

We look forward to welcoming guests and providing a great hospitality experience. We appreciate your support, as Jasper’s community is built on tourism.
