Booking Policy

Groups Definition: All groups with 10 or more guest rooms for two nights are considered a group booking. Group rates will not be provided to groups with under 10 guest rooms and should be booked online on our website.

Availability: All group bookings will be assigned a property based on request and availability at requested hotel property. This Order Form does not constitute as a confirmation. You will be contacted by a member of the Pursuit team to confirm availability and selected hotel property.

Bookings: Group Reservations and rates will not be granted within 21 days of arrival and must be purchased online.

Payment: Individuals must provide a credit card number when calling in or booking online when booking their accommodation. Charges to the credit card on file will be charged upon guest checkout, which include guest room & taxes, local calls, long distance calls & other incidentals.

Late Payment: Any bookings that are not confirmed with a credit card and are left unpaid will be cancelled

Cancellations: Individual reservations can be cancelled up to 48 hours prior to their first day of service. 100% charges will apply for cancellation made within 48 hours.

No-Show: In the event of a no show for a secured reservation, the full reservation will be applied if the individual fails to contact Pursuit to advise of a cancellation up to 48 hours prior to first day of service.
