Attractions and Pursuit Passes: Purchased tickets are nonrefundable.
Lodging: Please notify us of any reservation cancellation 72 hours prior to your arrival to avoid a cancellation charge. Cancellation within 72 hours will result in a credit card charge of one night's room rate plus taxes. Failure to show for your reservation without notification will result in a 100% cancellation charge. Exceptions may apply.
Brewster Express and Sightseeing: Fully refundable based on changes and cancellations made up to 90 minutes prior to departure for Brewster Express services or 24 hours prior to departure for Brewster Sightseeing tours. Please always call to confirm your trip the day before departure. No payment shall be due or owing under these terms absent the provision of valid proof of identity to Brewster.
Open Top Touring: Cancellations or rebookings can be made up until 90 minutes prior to departure. Please arrive 20 minutes prior to your departure time and ensure you have checked-in with Open Top Touring staff no later than 10 minutes before your departure.
Check-In/Check-Out: Times as follows: Check-In: 4:00pm / Check-Out: 11:00am.
The age required to make a reservation and check-in is 18 years old.
Parking: Parking at Elk + Avenue Hotel and Mount Royal Hotel is available at a rate of $5/night with off-site overflow parking available for $5/night. Underground parking is available at Elk + Avenue and Chateau Jasper for vehicles under 6’1". Our front desk agents will advise on available parking and alternative options upon check-in. Limited free parking space at The Crimson. Additional street parking is available. Please note that there is a charge from May to October.
Guarantee Policy: Your booking has been guaranteed to the credit card provided. No charges will be placed on the card at the time of booking. A valid credit card is required at check-in.
Credit Card Pre-Authorization: Please be aware that an authorization of up to $250.00 (in addition to room & tax) will be held on your credit card at time of check-in. The hold will be released back to you at check-out and may take 5–7 business days to reappear on your credit card depending on your banking institution.
Taxes: Please note that the rates are subject to 5% Good and Services Tax, 4% Tourism Marketing Levy, a 2% Tourism Improvement fee in Banff and a 3% Tourism Improvement fee in Jasper. All taxes and fees are subject to change.
Quiet-Time Policy: For the comfort and enjoyment of all of our guests, the hotels do not permit excessive noise at any time (parties, high-volume music or TV, shouting, screaming not permitted). Quiet hours are between 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Violation of this policy may result in additional charges and/or eviction without warning or refund.
Stays at Glacier View Lodge are subject to a $20/night amenity fee, paid at check-in. The Amenity Fee includes (subject to availability):

Cots: Cots are available on a first come first served basis at select properties for an additional fee.
Pet Policy: The Mount Royal Hotel and Glacier View Lodge are pet-free properties. The Elk + Avenue and Jasper Properties allow pets in select rooms for a fee of $25 per room, per night. The policies for pets are as follows:
Smoking Policy: Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside the hotel, along with public areas, such as outdoor pools, spas and playgrounds. A $250 +GST fee will be charged per night (for the length of the entire stay) for smoking in a room or in public areas.
Property Damage: Any damage to hotel property, public or in-room, may result in additional charges. This policy also includes fees for additional cleaning required due to food and beverage spills and other stains attributable to the room’s guest usage

Cancellations: Purchased tickets are nonrefundable, including Pursuit Passes.
Validity: Tickets are valid only for one admission. Packages are valid for the 2024 season only. Tickets are not for resale. Tickets can be reissued only if a proof of purchase is presented.

Pet Policy: To maintain the comfort of all of our guests aboard, pets are not permitted, with the exception of service dogs. Appropriate accreditation must be presented on site. Emotional support animals are not permitted.
Banff Gondola Winter Attire Policy: For your safety, we kindly request that guests wear appropriate attire for the current weather conditions when visiting the Banff Gondola. In the event that a guest's attire is deemed unsuitable and potentially unsafe, we may need to respectfully decline their entry to the gondola.
Taxes: Please note that rates are subject to provincial and federal taxes and a 3% Tourism Improvement fee applies to Maligne Lake Cruise and Maligne Canyon Icewalks products. All taxes and fees are subject to change.

Baggage Policy: The luggage or articles accepted and transported by Brewster Inc. are subject to the luggage policy and conditions as set herein. Guests travelling with Brewster Inc. are limited to two checked pieces of luggage per person. Total checked luggage weight per person is not to exceed 30 kg (66 lb.). Each piece of luggage must have an identification tag attached to it that includes name, return address, and telephone number. All guests travelling with Brewster Inc. should carry any medications or necessary belongings with them onboard the motor coach. Oversized items and excess luggage, e.g., sports equipment and additional bags, may be subject to a surcharge and is subject to available space. Passengers are prohibited from carrying weapons, firearms, ammunition, incendiary devices, explosive, flammable, hazardous, illegal, or radioactive materials or other potentially dangerous items. Brewster Inc. has the right to search any passenger’s luggage or personal effects for any such items and in its sole discretion may confiscate, store, destroy, or surrender to an appropriate authority any item that it reasonably considers is or may become dangerous, and to refuse boarding, or remove, any passenger who declines to cooperate in such a search or to surrender such an item. Money, jewelry, negotiable papers, cameras, video and electrical equipment, electronic devices, computers and accessories, cellular telephones, medical equipment, sporting goods, wheelchairs, personal mobility devices, walkers, and strollers are checked at the owner’s risk.
Brewster Inc. is not responsible for any loss or damage caused to or by these articles and they are subject to Brewster Inc.’s maximum liability policy. All pets or animals (excluding guide dogs) are prohibited from travelling onboard Brewster Inc. vehicles. Maximum Liability for loss or damage to personal checked baggage and specialty items is limited to a maximum of $500 CAD per piece of checked luggage. Brewster Inc. will not cover full replacement cost of misdirected or damaged luggage and contents. Liability is restricted to personal luggage consisting of wearing apparel, toilet articles or similar effects for personal use and comfort, as well as articles other than personal luggage, which may be checked and handled in accordance with Brewster’s luggage policy. Liability does not apply to carry-on luggage, items transported for or belonging to other persons, or items intended for sale. Brewster is not liable for damage resulting from over-packing or non-structural damage considered normal wear and tear, such as scratches, scuffs, nicks, missing pull straps, zipper damage, damage to wheels, manufacturers’ defects, soils, stains, or spillage. Please contact a Brewster Inc. representative if you have any questions about the materials you intend to transport.
Child Policy: Children aged 8 and older may travel on our motor coach unaccompanied, provided that an "Unaccompanied Minor Agreement" has been completed and submitted to Banff Jasper Collection by Pursuit prior to travel. Any child under the age of 8 must be accompanied by someone 15 years of age or older.
Taxes: Please note that Brewster Sightseeing tours and Brewster Express shuttles are subject to a fuel surcharge of $2 per guest.

You accept full responsibility for any loss or damage to boat and equipment and agree to pay for all damages, rental charges and safety deposit ($250). You are the full age of 18 years and accept full responsibility for the safety of the passengers and yourself.
The arrival procedures are as follows:
Banff Gondola: Plan on arriving 20 minutes prior to your departure time. Please ensure you are in line 10 minutes prior to your departure.
Lake Minnewanka Cruise: Plan on arriving onsite at least two hours prior to your departure time if you are driving and at least an hour prior if you take the bus. The tour departure line is located by the ticket office. Please note that you must arrive at the boarding dock at least 15 minutes prior to your departure time to check in with your ticket.
Columbia Icefield Adventure and Skywalk: Plan on arriving onsite at least 30 minutes prior to your departure time. The Tour departure line is located on the main floor of the Icefield center adjacent to the main ticket desk. Please note that you must arrive at the boarding hall at least 15 minutes prior to your departure time to check in with your ticket.
Maligne Lake Cruise: Plan on arriving onsite at least 30 minutes prior to your departure time. The tour departure line is located by the boat dock. Please note that you must arrive at the boarding dock at least 15 minutes prior to your departure time to check in with your ticket.
Maligne Canyon Icewalks: Plan on arriving at Maligne Canyon Wilderness Kitchen 5 minutes before your booked departure time.
If you miss your tour time, please check in at the Attractions desk to be re-booked for the next available tour time. Please note during peak periods tour availability may be limited.

Modifying Your Reservation: A change in length or dates of your reservation may result in a rate change or additional fees.
Promo Codes: If you've discovered a promo code that is not advertised on our website that gives a special rate, your booking may be updated to the Best Available Rate for that day without notice. Some codes are intended for staff or special groups and are not valid if you are not part of those intended audiences.

Verbal authorization of the use of your credit card indicates your approval with our booking terms & conditions and confirms your reservation Banff Jasper Collection is not responsible for foreign transactions or bank fees incurred.
5 and under are free and occupy a seat for Brewster Express, Brewster Sightseeing, The Banff Gondola, Maligne and Minnewanka cruises. If you require a separate seat for your infant 5 and under for the Columbia Icefield Adventure and Skywalk, you must pay the regular child rate.

(dba Banff Jasper Collection by Pursuit, “Pursuit”), which is affiliated with Explore Rockies or other related affiliates (which includes parent companies), has made arrangements for the tour, hotel or services found on the website and within marketing collateral. The carriers or suppliers providing transportation services (other than Pursuit), hotels and other suppliers providing tour services are independent contractors and are not the agents, employees, or servants of Pursuit or its affiliates. All certificates and other travel documents for tour services issued by Pursuit are subject to the terms and conditions specified by the supplier and/or carrier and to the laws of the countries in which the services are supplied. By agreeing to utilize the services of Pursuit, the tour participant agrees that neither Pursuit or its affiliates, nor its or their employees or agents, shall be liable for any delay, inconvenience, loss of enjoyment, disappointment, distress or frustration, whether physical or mental, resulting from the act of omission of Pursuit or its affiliates, or its or their employees or agents.
Further, the tour participant or guest agrees that neither Pursuit nor its affiliates, nor its or their employees, or agents shall be liable for any damage, loss, claim, cost or expense arising out of personal injury, accident or death, loss, damage or delay of baggage or other property, resulting from: (1) the act or omission on the part of any person other than Pursuit or its employees (2) acts of God, sickness, theft, labor disputes, mechanical breakdowns, government actions, weather, or any other causebeyond Pursuit’s direct control.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws ofthe Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada therein. No person, other than a representative of Pursuit authorized by a document in writing may vary, add or waive any term or condition in this document, including any term or condition set forthin the preceding provision. Written notice of any claim against Pursuit must be received no later than fourteen days after the date that services were provided to a tour participant. WARNING: There are significant elements of risk in any activities associated with the outdoors and/or wilderness and the use of any related equipment at the Golden SkyBridge attraction.
In consideration of the services of Golden SkyBridge Suspension Bridges & Park Ltd. their officers, agents, employees, and stockholders, and all other affiliates, persons or entities associated with those businesses (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Golden SkyBridge”), you agree as follows:
Certain risks cannot be eliminated without destroying the unique character of the activity. The same elements that contribute to the unique character of the activity can be causes of accidental injury, illness or in extreme cases, permanent trauma or death. The following describes some, but not all, risks:
1: Cold weather and heat related injuries and illnesses including frostbite, hypothermia, heat exhaustion, sunstroke, and dehydration;
2: Inclement weather, lightning, variances and extremes of wind, weather and temperature;
3. Your ability to listen to, understand and follow instructions;
4: Travel, including hiking to or from any tour-related activity:
5: Accidents or illnesses occurring in remote places where there are no available medical facilities;
You are aware that this activity entails risks of injury, up to and including death, to yourself and your minor child/children. You understand the description of these risks is not complete and that other unknown or unanticipated risks may result in injury, illness, or death. You agree, on behalf of yourself and your minor child/children, to assume responsibility for the risks identified herein and those risks not specifically identified. Your participation, and that of your minor child/children, in this activity is purely voluntary. No one is forcing you, or your minor child/children to participate, and you, and your minor child/children elect to participate despite the risks foreseeable and unforeseeable.
You are (we are) physically and mentally capable of participating in the activities in which you choose to participate.
You assume full responsibility for yourself, including any minor children, for which you are responsible, for bodily injury, accidents, illnesses, death, loss of personal property, and expenses thereof because of those inherent risks and dangers, or any negligence of Golden SkyBridge.
You yourself and on behalf of your heirs, assigns, personal representatives and next of kin, HEREBY RELEASE AND WAIVER GOLDEN SKYBRIDGE SUSPENSION BRIDGES & PARK LTD., its officers, officials, agents and/or employees, other participants, sponsoring agencies, sponsors, advertisers, and, if applicable, owners and lessors of premises used to conduct the event (“Releasees”), WITH RESPECT TO ANY AND ALL INJURY, DISABILITY, DEATH, or loss, or damage to persons or property incident to your involvement or participation in these programs, WHETHER ARISING FROM NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES OR OTHERWISE, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
You, for yourself and on behalf of your heirs, assigns, personal representatives and next of kin, HEREBY INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS all the above Releasees from any and all liabilities incident to your involvement or participation in these programs, EVEN IF ARISING FROM THEIR NEGLIGENCE to the fullest extent permitted by law.
