Terms and Conditions

• Book by November 23, 2025. Valid for stays November 14 to May 3, 2026. 
• Three-day consecutive lift tickets for two adults included in package. Additional lift tickets can be purchased separately. 
• Minimum of four-night stay in a Cedar Lodge Luxury or Executive Log Cabin at Miette Mountain Cabins, Whistler Room at Pyramid Lake Lodge, Kitchen Suite at The Crimson or Kitchen Room at Lobstick Lodge.
• Cancellations must be made 72 hours in advance to be eligible for a full refund. 
• Lift tickets have no cash value and must be used during your stay. 
• Tickets are collected from the front desk on arrival. 
• No refunds for unused tickets or hotel nights. 
• Should Marmot Basin be closed due to weather, unused lift tickets can be used later in the season.  
• The package must be booked at least seven days before arrival. 
• Blackout dates: December 19 – January 3, 2026; February 13 – 15, 2026; February 26 – 28, 2026; March 20 – April 5, 2026
