Lake Minnewanka parking lot fills quickly. For the best experience, consider taking the bus from downtown Banff. Hop on Roam Transit's Route 6 service and show your cruise ticket to the bus driver to get a FREE RIDE. Or take the FREE shuttle with Lake Minnewanka by using your same-day cruise ticket. Board either the free shuttle or Roam transit no later than an hour prior to your cruise to ensure you arrive on time.

From downtown Banff, Lake Minnewanka is about a 15-minute drive away. For navigation, set your GPS to “Lake Minnewanka Parking Lot” or “Lake Minnewanka, Banff National Park” for the most accurate directions. Free parking is available onsite.
Please check in at least 15 minutes before departure at the Ticket Office, a 10-minute walk from the parking lot on the boarding docks.
To find the Ticket Office, follow the signs on the path from the parking lot or Roam Transit station, turn right after passing the Black Anchor Snack Shop and arrive on the right side of the docks.
